Little Surprises

Last week Amber stopped by to pick up a book I thought she would like and a table I told her she could have. On the porch, she found a priority mail envelope and brought it in. It was from Willie and one never knows what little surprises will come from him. I opened the package to find an adorable set of salt and pepper shakers. I put them on the shelf in the kitchen and cracked up every time I looked at them.

Then yesterday, I was looking at them and suddenly realized that they were designed to be hugging. It was like receiving the gift all over again. I laughed at myself for not realizing it sooner, and now I think the are even more adorable than before!
